Cyberbullying and Free Speech

Legal Questions:
       1. Is it constitutional for school officials to censor student online speech?
No it is not, all students have the freedom of speech as long as it is not a disruption to school.   Also  if it was done on a computer not on school grounds then they should have no say in it what so Ever!

2.Under current law, what constitutes a true threat?
Anything threatening another students well being

Other Key issues to consider:
Zucker should never have put up a rate site for girls at his school! In the long run this could effect people physically and emotionally. So many girls well try to alter them-self to get a higher rating.

Who will win the case and why?
The school will win the case in some ways i can see that this may cause a bet of drama, and i see that this site could alter the well being of students.
